I have NO Experience at all in Trading, can I still take this course?

Yes, our team will guide you in setting up your platform, assist you in setting up a free practice account and the correct settings and parameters in your trading software platform. If you need recommendations on Brokerages, we can recommend trustworthy platforms and companies to use.

We will teach and guide you with important trading terminology and concepts as well to ensure you take away great value each time you come for a lesson.

I already have trading experience. Is this still useful for me?

Yes. This trading course is developed for both beginners as well as intermediate traders. We always start with the basics prior to progressing you to advanced strategies. Our Training team will access your capabilities and understanding of the subject and topic matter prior to moving you towards the next class.

How many hours must I spend per day trading?

Realistically, you should only check your trading platform (on your PC or Phone) once every few hours. There's no need for you to sit at your PC for hours to wait and prepare for a setup.

Many of our students are trading on the side as they have other professions and established careers. 

I don't have much money, can I still learn how to trade?

You can start from as low as 100 USD. Many of our students actually start from a small amount and slowly build up their skills and experience. We do not advise beginners to start with more than 500 USD. 

Are these strategies enough to guarantee me to make money?

Our strategies are proven to work, however each trader has his/her own personality with varying degrees of risk appetite and behavior. If you follow proper risk management and application of the strategies taught, you will be profitable over time. Patience, discipline and proper application is the key, and we are here to guide you there.

Why don't you teach this online?

We teach in person as it allows us to ensure that you understand certain procedures and processes prior to placing the trade. We will also test and ensure that you truly understand how to use our strategies correctly.

We find that most students who take courses online will gloss over material as quickly as possible and not really take the effort to understand the key important concepts. 

During our class, you can ask our trainers and instructors on questions or problems that you have and also get clear answers face to face. We will also share proprietary (our own secret) knowledge and methods on how to improve your trading strategy.

This is not something we want to readily share online, and we find that most students actually do prefer an in-person coaching session.

Do I need a Laptop?

Yes, you will need a laptop, mouse and some notetaking materials when you attend our training sessions.

What Trading Platform do you use?

We utilize MetaTrader 4 mostly, however our strategies are non-platform dependent, meaning you can use any trading platform of your own preference.

Must I use your Broker?

No, you are free to use your own brokerage. We do have recommended platforms and partner brokerages for you to use if you do not have one of your own yet. 

If you need assistance with setting up an account, our team will be happy to assist you get started.

What kind of leverage must I have?

You can trade with as low as 1:50 with our strategies.

What if I use a MacBook? 

You can use MacBook but you will be required to install Parallels to run Windows, in order to run MT4 on your Mac. 

Can I upgrade to the other Classes(Intermediate, Advanced, Ultimate etc) once I finish Basic Class? 

Yes you can. Simply contact our admin team once you feel you are ready to advance yourself.

Do you conduct Online Training?

Online training is only available for Ultimate and Infinite students only.

Do you provide fund management or can you help me manage my money?

No, we do not provide such services. Unfortunately there are some cases where 3rd parties use our images and results to scam others. If you identify such schemes, please report them to us immediately. 

Do you provide after-class support?

Yes, feel free to message us with a student-only WhatsApp number and Support Email if you have questions. 

What are your refund policies?

We do not provide refunds once you have decided to sign up with us on a class. We will ensure that you understand what we teach and how we execute these strategies.

Before you sign up, please go through our student reviews, watch their videos and decide carefully.

Can I pay in installments?

Unfortunately we do not allow for installments at this point in time.

What happens after booking a class?

Once you have booked a class, you will receive a confirmation receipt and information on the next available class schedule by one of our administrative team members.

Choose your preferred class slot from the schedule and arrive on time at our training location at Vista Towers, The Intermark, 348 Malaysia, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Visits by appointment only.

One of our team members will contact you for additional information regarding our training location, resources and materials required.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, you will be required to screened prior to entry. Masks will be required during the training session for the health and safety of other class participants.

We do not have a refund policy once you've started the training programme. We strive to always provide the best education and ensure you understand key concepts in our program and we are certain you will be able to generate positive results provided you've understood and applied the key strategies and concepts properly.
